Leih deih hou ma?
Life is good! The weather is sure getting warmer. Humidity. It's kind of like a giant warm hug... All day... Mixed with a never ending bad hair day. BUT shake shake fries are back at McDonalds! If you don't know what that is, google it. It's BBQ magic in a bag.
It's been really great living in Tuen Mun! Sister Cheung has only been here for 6 weeks and only been to church like 3 times before I came because of stake conference and general conference. So we're basically white washing the area. :) It's an adventure for sure! The ward is awesome though and super missionary minded! We're just starting from the bottom and working our way up, so I'm excited to keep getting to know the ward and really figure things out.
Our investigator with a baptismal date, Z JM, is doing awesome though!!! She's SO cute and just the best! She's progressing and doing really well! She cooks us food every time we go over and we've had some interesting things to say the least! But she's the sweetest lady and it's awesome to see her change as we continue to teach her!
We had Zone 24's this week and I went up to Yuen Long with Sister Christensen. She's Abby Walker's twin. It was awesome! Yuen Long is the boonies of the boonies, so we went up and did some paatmuhn (knocking doors) up in the villages, and let's just say it was an adventure for sure!
There was an Elder who is actually our Zone Leader right now that got attacked by a dog right before I came to HK, so we have to be super careful up there. We had some close calls but all is well and everyone is safe! It was actually super cool because we could see Mainland China from where we were paatmuhn-ing. We call Yuen Long the "most northern part of the vineyard."
Well that's about it, folks! Sorry to be short, but have a great week and ga yauh! Love you all!
Love,
SisMoRob
